This Privacy Policy forms part, and is subject to the Terms of Use, the Agreement between ADI Dassler Legacy Ltd (“ADLEGACY”) and you as the person accessing the Site.

You may also ask us to cease using your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing and erase all data for the purpose aforesaid. To exercise these rights you may send us a written request pursuant Section 8 to Section 11 Data Protection Act 2003 to our business seat.
